Mattia Colombi - Suite n.1 for Piano

In this first one I mixed its musical origins (classical music and jazz) to create a stream of consciousness lasting about 20 minutes, the title "Suite n.1" derives from the fact that, despite being 6 different and independent songs between them, the album should be listened to without interruptions, so as to make the listener experience a journey into his thoughts, without pauses and without blocking the flow of suggestions that the music offers...

Airon.wav - Jam-Balaya una favola Blues (by Dasé Sound Lab)

A piano, eight vivid and intense memories and the Blues, these are the ingredients with which I composed “Jam-balaya, una favola Blues.”

What I love about the Blues is its effectiveness in evoking mixed feelings and thoughts; it powerfully communicates the bittersweet taste of emotions, companions on our life's journey.

Using this musical language as my compass, I composed the 8 tracks on the record by totally immersing myself in the memories of my past, from my childhood to late adolescence, and tried to convey through music the emotions that have resurfaced after years of silence.

Giro in Giro - musica da viaggio

Giro in Giro was born as the soundtrack to the documentary Và in Giro, which chronicles the Varesotto area in Lombardy.

For me, those places are synonymous with great mountain walks and trips to the lake, but the documentary also deals with the theme of the damage to the environment (and thus to ourselves) that we humans have done.

So I envisioned a beautiful hike in the mountains complete with bitter reflections and final transcensions.

The sound environment is a mix of pianos, electric guitars, synthesizers, drums and drum machines

Airon.wav - Urban Sketches

An experimental record, in which electronic sounds are mixed with jazz chords, 8 different sound environments that tell 8 different urban images, sometimes melancholic, sometimes decadent and sometimes dreamlike that evoke deep and personal feelings that grip us when we walk the streets of a city.

Be it Genoa, Paris, Beirut or Berlin it matters little, they derive from our unconscious and not from our surroundings.
