My first artistic project was in 2003, when I founded, together with some friends a Metal band called "Repugnance" with which we played a kind of very "extreme" Thrash Metal (Slayer style more than Metallica), with which we won in 2004 a contest called "Versus" in which many other bands from my city (Genoa) participated.

Since 2006 I have instead dedicated myself to the study and practice of Jazz, founding various projects (MC Reeds Orchestra Mattia Colombi Trio, Maiden Voyage Project and Airon's Mood Project) with which I have played in various venues in my city and also at the prestigious "Sori Winter Jazz" a riparian festival.

Between 2006 and 2015 I studied at the CPM in Milan and the Paganini Conservatory in Genoa, where I was lucky enough to study with masters of the caliber of M. Colombo, P. Leveratto, A. Pozza, T. Ghiglioni and J. Faber.

In 2017, on the other hand, I directed my first Pop-Soul project called "Nugs" a project with which I was able to tour around Italy and also gain experience in the field of songwriting and Pop.

In 2018 I staged my first play, a reinterpretation of "Nightmare Before Christmas" for which I did the arrangements and direction

In 2019 I wrote the play "Racconti Sincopati" staged in several theaters during the Summer season

At Christmas 2019 I produced in its entirety "The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Musicòrkestra edition" a re-adaptation of the Dysnean "Hunchback of Notre Dame," presenting it at the Emiliani Theater in Genoa Nervi.

In 2021 I wrote the music for the documentary "Và in Giro" by director Marco Corso, produced by Varese News.

In 2022 I wrote my first original work for solo piano "Airon Suite No. 1" self-produced

In 2022 I wrote the original music for the YouTube channel "Pepita Ramone"

In 2023 (summer) I was editing secretary and factotum in the productions of "Don Giovanni" by W.A.Mozart and "Un ballo in maschera" by G.Verdi, produced by Spazio Musica

In 2023, I wrote and debuted my show "Dove c'è la Strega" for piano and voice

Since 2023 I have been collaborating as a keyboardist in the prog metal band Malombra

In 2024 I completed my work "Seikilos, suggestioni di salsedine e sale" based on traditional music from the Mediterranean area, and "Jam-balaya, una favola blues" (Dasè SoundLab) a piano solo album, in which I have mixed the traditional Blues, the New Orleans Jazz and the Italian's melody.

Il mio primo progetto artistico è stato nel 2003, quando fondai, assieme ad alcuni amici una band Metal chiamata "Repugnance" con la quale suonavamo una specie di Thrash Metal molto "estremo" (stile Slayer più che Metallica), con la quale vincemmo nel 2004 un concorso chiamato "Versus" a cui parteciparono molte altre band della mia città (Genova).

​Dal 2006 mi sono invece dedicato allo studio e alla pratica del Jazz, fondando progetti vari (MC Reeds Orchestra Mattia Colombi Trio, Maiden Voyage Project e Airon's Mood Project) con i quali ho suonato in vari locali della mia città e anche al prestigioso "Sori Winter Jazz" un festival rivierasco.

Tra il 2006 e il 2015 ho studiato presso il CPM di Milano e il Conservatorio Paganini di Genova, dove ho avuto la fortuna di studiare con maestri del calibro di M. Colombo, P. Leveratto, A. Pozza, T. Ghiglioni e J. Faber. 

​Nel 2017 invece ho diretto il mio primo progetto Pop-Soul chiamato "Nugs", un progetto con il quale ho potuto girare in giro per l'Italia e fare esperienza anche nel campo del cantautorato e del Pop.

Nel 2018 ho messo in scena il mio primo spettacolo teatrale, una revisitazione di "Nightmare Before Christmas" della quale ho curato gli arrangiamenti e la regia

​Nel 2019 ho scritto lo spettacolo teatrale "Racconti Sincopati", messo in scena in diversi teatri durante la stagione Estiva

​A Natale 2019 ho prodotto per intero "Il Gobbo di Notre Dame, Musicòrkestra edition" un riadattamento del disneiano "Gobbo di Notre Dame", presentandolo presso il teatro degli Emiliani a Genova Nervi.

Nel 2021 ho scritto le musiche per il documentario “Và in Giro” del regista Marco Corso, prodotto da Varese News

Nel 2022 ho scritto il mio primo lavoro originale per pianoforte solo “Airon Suite n.1”, autoprodotto

Nel 2022 ho scritto le musiche originali per il canale Youtube “Pepita Ramone”

Nel 2023 (estate) sono stato segretario di edizione e factotum nelle produzioni di “Don Giovanni” di W.A.Mozart e “Un ballo in maschera” di G.Verdi, prodotte da Spazio Musica

Nel 2023 ho scritto e debuttato il mio spettacolo “Dove c’è la Strega” per pianoforte e voce

Dal 2023 collaboro come tastierista nella band di prog metal Malombra

Nel 2024 ho completato il mio lavoro “Seikilos, suggestioni di salsedine e sale”, basato sulle musiche tradizionali dell’area mediterranea e "Jam-balaya, una favola blues" (Dasè SoundLab) in cui ho mescolato il Blues, il Jazz di New Orleans e la melodia italiana
